I notice the distinct oregano smell when opening the bag. I usually take black seed oil daily so thought the oregano would be another benefit. I am taking the two tablets after lunch and I do feel like I have oregano taste in my mouth for a few hours after taking. I don’t know if they’re doing anything but I like the possibilities. Easy to swallow in my opinion.
These are just what I needed. Non gmo, dairy free, soy free and gluten free. Very strong smell, but that’s how these are. Very good to add into a daily routine. I can’t really weigh in on health benefits as it’s been recently started. I am impressed, they’re easy to swallow and this is a great price for quantity
My doctor advised me to get oil of oregano to help my lungs so I could breathe easier (I have asthma). I got this oil of oregano supplement to help with my viral issues. It also helps as me to keep the harmful bacterias down. The gel capsule is easy to swallow has a distinctive taste and smell of oregano however.
